Challenges Faced:

CMIC is a global company with multiple offices throughout the world. CrossPeak Solutions (CPS) worked with the US Marketing Manager | Corporate Marketing to implement Marketing Cloud Email Studio.

The two main challenges were:

Moving content and processes from MailChimp to Marketing Cloud.

Incorporating the Corporate Marketing team into the US Sales processes.

Our Solution:

All Marketing Collateral from MailChimp was downloaded and uploaded into appropriate folders in Marketing Cloud.

Marketing Cloud Connect was implemented to permit subscriber data to pass between Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud

The Marketing Cloud Email Studio implementation was completed in phases over a 5 month period. The client was actively engaged and the CPS Team met with the client weekly throughout the project.

Old Leads were evaluated and removed to give the client viable Leads for marketing.

Final Results:

Ability to create dynamic content for email recipients.

Reporting to accurately measure marketing efforts.
